7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
Customers should contact our customer support team before sending a return so that we can confirm eligibility and provide the applicable return instructions.
For preference-based returns, the customer may generally be responsible for applicable return shipping costs.
